Return and Replacement Policy:
If the items are received in damaged condition by the customer. In such cases customer has to inform us via email to Indohobbyindia@Gmail.com with a supporting picture of the damaged items in the original packing within SEVEN days of receipt of the goods.
Damaged Items have to be returned back to us in unused condition along with all the original boxes, parts and accessories through Courier.Return Shipping Charges will be borne by Us. We reserves the right to replace the damaged item entirely OR 100% Money back (100% Money Back if issue not resolved in maximun 30 days) . Replacement will be sent once the items reach us and is inspected.
Replacement is void if inspection reveals any of the below signs------
- Item has been used
- Any of the parts/accessories are missing
- Damage was due to improper handling of product not as prescribed by the manufacturer
- Product was tampered/tried to be modified in any way or form

7 Day Returns Policy

All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. Fish Food must be packed in the original box as well and returned).

Why was my order canceled? Why didn't you send me any intimation?

Non delivery of Package For Cash on Delivery orders

If the alternate address is not available the order shall not be processed and we will consider the order status as closed.

Refused by Recipient: If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them by error then the package will be returned to us as undeliverable. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package - you will help us ensure that they receive your gift.
