Return and Replacement Policy:
If the items are received in damaged condition by the customer. In such cases customer has to inform us via email to Indohobbyindia@Gmail.com with a supporting picture of the damaged items in the original packing within SEVEN days of receipt of the goods. Damaged Items have to be returned back to us in unused condition along with all the original boxes, parts and accessories through Courier.Return Shipping Charges will be borne by Us. We reserves the right to replace the damaged item entirely OR 100% Money back (100% MoneyBack if issue not resolved in maximun 30 days) . Replacement will be sent once the items reach us and is inspected.
Replacement is void if inspection reveals any of the below signs
- Item has been used
- Any of the parts/accessories are missing
- Damage was due to improper handling of product not as prescribed by the manufacturer
- Product was tampered/tried to be modified in any way or form
- Product(s) need to be unused, unaltered, unsoiled, original condition with their original tags including but not limited product bar code, price tag etc; and packaging intact
