Seachem Safe is the most concentrated water conditioner available, designed to treat massive volumes of water with a small amount of product. It removes chlorine, chloramine, and detoxifies ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate, making it ideal for large aquariums, fish rooms, and pond systems.
Unlike liquid conditioners, Safe is a dry powder that offers unmatched value and shelf life. It is non-acidic, will not affect pH, and is safe for all aquatic life including fish, invertebrates, and plants. It can be used during tank cycling to reduce toxicity and support biofilter development.

Directions for Use:
- To remove chlorine/chloramine: Use 200 mg per 200 L (50 US gallons)
- To detoxify ammonia: Use 200 mg per 50 L (13 US gallons)
- For emergencies (nitrite/nitrate): Up to 4× normal dose may be used
- Use 1.25 g (¼ tsp) per 1,250 L (300 US gallons) for chlorine/chloramine
- Best added to new water before introduction to the tank
