The JBL Artemio Set Brine Shrimp Hatcher is a professional quality Brine Shrimp hatchery of unique design. Brine Shrimp can be hatched in as little as 24 to 48 hours providing a supply of highly nutritious Artemia nauplii for fish, invertebrates & Sea Horses. The funnel shaped hatching pod is supported on a stand which can be free standing or wall mounted (screws for wall mounting supplied). The kit also comprises an air pump (to keep the water in the hatchery pod constantly agitated & aerated) complete with 1.8 meters (6 feet) of connecting airline & a non-return valve so that the air pump can be mounted below the water level in the hatching pod. Also included is a harvesting container & strainer sieve to separate nauplii from the breeding water. This deluxe kit also includes ArtemioMix which is a blend of Brine Shrimp eggs in a specially formulated salt & nutrient mix to maintain the correct water conditions & provide initial feed for the newly hatched nauplii. Atremio Fluid 50ml for subsequent feeding of the brineshrimp completes the kit. The kit can be further extended with the addition of additional hatching pods (available separately as Artemio 1 Extention) so that a greater supply can be produced or Brineshrimp maintained at various stages of growth.
