Seachem Pearl Beach – Aragonite Substrate for Marine & High-pH Aquariums (10kg)
Seachem Pearl Beach is a natural aragonite-based substrate that supports calcium and alkalinity stability in reef, marine, and high-pH freshwater aquariums. Unlike “wet” gravels that are water-weighted and often contain only common bacteria, Pearl Beach is sold dry—offering 35% more substrate per bag by weight.
Its chemical composition helps prevent large pH swings and supports biological filtration. The grain size is more varied than Seachem Meridian™, providing a natural look and increased surface area for beneficial bacteria colonization. Pearl Beach is not a live sand but becomes biologically active over time.

Directions for Use:
