The mesh is fine enough to contain small granules like Seachem Purigen®, PhosGuard™, MatrixCarbon™, and SeaGel™, while still allowing excellent water flow. It is resistant to bleach, acids, and caustics, making it ideal for regenerable media and long-term use.
