The Sera plant color is suitable in a specific way, with its red-blue light of 4900 K, as additional lamp in aquariums with rich vegetation and has the feature to intensify the colors of fish and plants. Promotes photosynthesis and thus plant growth. The light emitted by the lamp is exactly what the spectrum that is used by aquatic plants. The spaces shown in the right and left are the light spectra that can use the algae but not the plants. Since the light emission of the evening plant color is sized precisely to the needs of the plants, algae missing so a necessary part of the light spectrum and thereby an important energy source.
